Support Overview

ActivIdentity Support packages help maximize the performance and availability of mission-critical strong authentication and credential management resources. ActivIdentity Support includes the provisioning of technical support as well as maintenance (upgrades and updates).

ActivIdentity offers two support packages:

  • Standard – 8x5 (support during regular business hours)
  • Premium – 24x7 support

ActivIdentity provides Level-3 technical support to direct customers and ActivIdentity authorized channel partners. ActivIdentity does not provide Level-1 and Level-2 technical support. ActivIdentity direct customers and ActivIdentity authorized channel partners are required to provide Level-1 and Level-2 technical support and qualify all customers’ technical support requests prior to engaging ActivIdentity Support.
