ActivIdentity provides full support for all its products from the date of market availability until the product has been withdrawn from the market. At ActivIdentity we apply the following support coverage to the different product life cycle phases:
ActivIdentity notifies customers at support contract renewal of any price changes or support-level changes. ActivIdentity formally notifies all support subscribers of end-of-support dates.
